Grand Chapitre International 2026 - Gala Diner "Variety and Varieté"

 

The Grand Chapitre drew to a festive close with a gala diner in Schaan. Under the theme ‘Variety and Variety Shows’, the professional members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – chefs and restaurateurs – showcased their collective culinary skills. Various Chaîne chefs were responsible for the five-course menu: each course bore its own distinctive style, yet together they formed a tribute to Liechtenstein.

There was plenty of variety on stage too. The Liechtenstein musical theatre singer Miriam Lümbacher wowed the audience with her voice. Naked Lunch added some musical spice and demonstrated, with a twinkle in their eye, that hot pans aren’t just for the kitchen. With White Fly and a packed dance floor, the Grand Chapitre Liechtenstein came to an atmospheric close.
