Grand Chapitre International 2026 - Induction Ceremony

The highlight of the three-day event was the grand enthronement ceremony at Gutenberg Castle in Balzers. In glorious weather, 19 new members were inducted into the world’s oldest gastronomic association in the inner courtyard of the Castle, whilst a further 32 members were promoted or honoured.

The Brassidenz band provided the musical backdrop to the celebrations with their beautiful music, whilst the Balzner Vinören hosted the Vin d’honneur aperitif in the Rose Garden.
